The organization is founded by Mr. Ashok Gandhi, Architect & Valuer with a well established practice which he has set up in the year 1977 now also headed by Mrs Sarita S. Manjunath Architect, Designer, Planner and Valuer along with him. The Team includes qualified staff of architects, engineers and consultants.

Our clients are Private land Owners, Real Estate Developers. They place a premium on buildings and developments designed by us that meet current needs without limiting future opportunities. We have built a reputation over the last two and a half decade that our designs combine maximum immediate value.

As a matter of routine we help our clients plan for the inevitable, and help them plan for a change. Importantly we are in a habit of looking at the total picture. We feel there is always more than one solution in Architecture, by looking at the total picture, we help our clients understand their options, when they do, they make better decisions.
